HC Ripoll Hockey Team. The Nationals
Hello,
We are very grateful for being invited to the Nationals.
We arrive on the 2nd at NYC and we are there until the 6th.
We take the train and we will arrive at Utica on the 6th in the afternoon. There is not any problem for playing immediately.
We will stay in Utica until the 12th.
We will be lodged in the hotel Radison.
On Monday the 7th if you want we can play 2 matches, if you want.
On Tuesday the 8th we would like to go to Niagara, because there is a player who has to take the plain the 9th.
We can play as many matches as you want.
If the National Team wants play more matches with us, any problem. For example one in the beginning of the championship and another at the end.
We will bring some small present of our city for the authorities the city of Utica.
Other questions
We are interested in other sports of first level. Is there any sport event during the days that we are in Utica we can go?(car races?)
If we want to go to Niagara Falls which options there are? Web sites to contact.
Which are the most interesting things in Utica? And near Utica?
We are very happy to be there.

reservations. The Nationals. HardballHockey
Hello.
We are a group of 22 persons.
We will assist at the hardball hockey tournament , the Nationals, among 6 and 12 July.
We are from Barcelona, Spain.
We would be interested in reserving the corresponding rooms in your hotel.
It will be 5 rooms of 4 persons and another for 2 persons.
We need some information about how to transact the reservation, the prices, the method of payment (VISA).
We would want to know if there is a special price for assistant groups in the championship.
As soon as we have the information we would confirm the reservations.

The rate for the rooms is $139 up to 4pp in a
room.Pep please view our website which will show all the features of the
Radisson. I have attached a credit card auth form which I will need to be
filled out and a rooming list of your team. The rate however doesn't include
breakfast.

Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you.
The total for each hotel room after tax is $153.94 a day. Pep I have your group staying for 33 nights total, so the total would be 33x $153.94 = $5080.02. our restaurant has a great breakfast buffet for $11.95.Pep we do not have a service to pick you up at the train station but there are cabs and we two minutes away.
Pep please let me know how you want to arrange payment.
